The project included the reconstruction of the existing steam distribution system to a pre-insulated hot-water distribution system with a total pipe length of 3,740 m, construction of a central steam / water transfer station with an output of 13.6 MW, implementation of 3 district pressure-independent transfer stations and 22 building transfer stations.

At the same time, the reconstruction of the secondary hot-water distribution system from the district transfer station in the Jankovice housing estate was completed, the piping length was 2,480 m. Implementation took place in the off-season season with minimal shutdowns.
