The municipal district of Prague 13 is located in the southwest part of the capitol city. The area of the city district is 1323 hectares, has more than 73,800 inhabitants. Prague 13 is part of the city with the lowest average age in Prague (38.3 years).
Modern condensing boilers, energy saving lamps, modern batteries and aerators have been installed in 33 school buildings. Thanks to Individual Room Control System individual heating modes in individual rooms can be set remotely. The whole IRC system controls 33 local control rooms (at a level of individual schools), central monitoring and control room of City of Prague 13 and ENESA's central control room, through which a qualified energy management is provided.
ENESA realized here largest EPC project in the field of education in Czech republic. The project won title The Best Project in the Youth category in the national round of E.ON Energy Globe Award 2012 inquiry for Comprehensive Project On Savings associated with a competition for the most energy efficient elementary school in Prague 13.
