The subject of the work was the dismantling of existing cooling towers No. 3 and No. 4), including connecting cooling water pipes, dismantling of steel structures under cooling towers, supply and installation of two new cooling towers (each with a capacity of 3100 kW), including all related equipment (steel structures, walking bridges, cooling water piping, electrical part, MaR part).

The work was realized using the Design & Build method. The tender for the contractor was carried out on the basis of entering the required scope, purpose and standard, with the responsibility for the processing of project documentation and the actual implementation of the project was transferred to the contractor for a fixed price. The work was realized on the roof of the building of the Prague Congress Center, which is located at the level of + 25 m (6th floor)
