The aim of the project was to lower the heating expenses by the means of EPC method in five elementary schools and ten kindergartens in the city of Zlín (birthplace of Tomáš Baťa).

At the core of lowering the heating expenses there is the individual room control (IRC) of heating as well as introducing a system of energy management. The setting of the individual regulation parameters is possible either locally or from the central management of ENESA. This way, it has a direct control over heat management and we can maximize the savings.
